Shipping Policy

Effective: October 22, 2025

Where we ship

United States (including many APO/FPO addresses when carrier-eligible). International delivery isn’t available yet.

Processing cadence

Most orders leave our facility within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, holidays excluded). Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM Pacific Time typically enter processing the same day.

Estimated delivery timelines

  • Standard: about 6–8 business days after dispatch

  • Expedited: about 4–7 business days after dispatch
    Estimates can shift due to weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

Rates & promos

Options and costs appear at checkout. From time to time, we run free-shipping promotions—details will show on product/cart pages.

Tracking & split shipments

We email tracking when a label is created; the first scan may take up to 48 hours to appear. Orders with multiple items may ship separately—each box will have its own tracking number.

Address issues & returned parcels

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If a package returns as undeliverable or due to an address error, we’ll help reship it and may charge a re-delivery fee.

Damage or loss in transit

If your package arrives damaged—or seems lost—contact us within 7 days of the marked (or expected) delivery date. Include your order number, photos of packaging/product (if damaged), and a brief description so we can act quickly.
