How to begin
Email info@merdebiker.com with your Order #, what you’d like to return, and a brief reason. We’ll reply with instructions and, if needed, an RMA plus the correct return address. Please don’t send items without authorization.
Packaging checklist
Use original packaging when you can. Include tools, chargers, freebies/bundles, and place your order number inside the box for faster processing.
Exchanges
Need a different model or size? Ask for an exchange within the return window (subject to stock). We’ll route you through the quickest option.
Refund timing
After your package is delivered to us, allow 5–7 business days for inspection. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks/card issuers usually post funds 3–7 business days after we process them.
Cancellations
Cancel before shipment for a refund minus a 5% processing fee (non-recoverable payment costs). Shipped orders must be returned under this policy.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
Report issues within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and product (if damaged) plus your order number—we’ll make it right.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first; disputes filed without notice can slow resolution. We reserve the right to contest fraudulent chargebacks.
